Twisted Lullaby

Hush little baby, don’t you cry
Mommy’s here, by your side
With more than lies to brim your eyes
Begin to feel the despise
As more than Hell starts to rise

Baby, you are an angel
Soon to fall
Out of this cradle
To shatter wings so fragile

Sleep, baby, sleep
To dreams you leap
With fiery gates to reap
And blood swamps so deep

In the swamps, baby, swim deeper
Don’t cry, I know you’re not a weeper
To the Devil you are a keeper

Ignore the glimmer of this knife
Remember the last moments of your life

So hush little baby
Don’t you cry
Mommy's here to watch you die
